Organic dried red kidney beans, large and kidney-shaped with a deep red, glossy skin. After soaking and thorough boiling they become tender with a floury interior while the skin stays intact, holding up through long simmering in chilli, stews and bean salads. The dried form lets a kitchen set its own texture and seasoning rather than working from tinned beans.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
