How buying works

We are a wholefood manufacturer, and the lines on this site are the same bulk ingredients we buy for our own production. You buy them from us at published trade prices, without opening an account with a major trader.

No account needed Prices are on the page. Order minimums do the qualifying — these are pallet quantities, so we do not gate the catalogue behind an application.

Build a mixed pallet Each product has a minimum, usually 200 kg, and is sold in whole sacks or packs. Combine up to 5 products on a pallet, or order one product on its own: from 600 kg for most lines. The cart shows how full each pallet is.

One supplier: us You order from us, on our terms, with one invoice and one delivery per order. We hold the quality paperwork and arrange the logistics.

Common questions

What are the minimums?
200 kg per product for most lines, in whole sacks — type 210 kg of a 25 kg sack line and the cart makes it 225 kg. A pallet must be between 60% and 100% full: 600 kg to 1,000 kg for most lines. Bulky lines fill a pallet sooner — nutritional yeast flakes make a full pallet at 375 kg — and a product ordered at its full-pallet quantity travels on its own pallet.

Why can I not order 1,100 kg?
With mixed products, 1,100 kg is too much for one pallet and too little for two, which need at least 1,200 kg between them. With one product, 1,000 kg fills a pallet on its own, so the next amount the cart accepts is 1,600 kg: a full pallet plus a second one at least 60% full. The cart tells you exactly what to add or remove.

How do I pay?
By card at checkout, through Stripe. There is no card fee.

What does delivery cost?
Delivery to UK mainland is £85 + VAT per pallet. The cart shows the delivery charge before you pay. See delivery for what we need from you on the day.

Can I get organic certification and specifications?
Yes — specification sheets and certificates are available on request: email [email protected] with the product or your order reference, or use the question form on the product page. Our whole supply chain is GFSI-certified, and we can profile any technical requirements you have.
