Organic whole green lentils, skin on, with a mottled green to khaki colour and a flat lens shape. They need no soaking and keep their shape well after cooking, so they suit salads, grain bowls and ready meals where a distinct lentil is wanted rather than a purée. The flavour is mild and slightly peppery, and they carry dressings well.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
