Organic dried black turtle beans: small, oval beans with a glossy black skin and a pale interior. Once soaked and cooked they turn tender while keeping their shape, and release a dark cooking liquor that colours soups, stews and rice dishes. Kitchens choose the dried bean for control over texture and seasoning in chilli, burrito fillings and bean burgers.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
