Short grain brown rice is a rounded grain with its bran layer intact, light brown in colour with a nutty flavour. Once cooked it is soft and a little sticky with a chewy bite, holding together better than long grain rice. That makes it useful for rice bowls, brown rice sushi, stuffed vegetables, burgers and baked puddings.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
