Organic buckwheat flakes are buckwheat groats that have been rolled flat into light, pale flakes with a mild, earthy flavour. They soften quickly in hot liquid, so they work as a porridge base or as a component in muesli and granola, and they can be folded into doughs and batters for texture. Manufacturers use them where a rolled flake other than oats is wanted.
Sold in whole packs. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
