Giant couscous is made from wheat flour formed into small round pearls, with a pale golden colour and a smooth, pasta-like bite. The pearls are simmered in the same way as pasta and hold their shape after cooking, chilling and dressing. That makes them practical for deli salads, grain pots and meal components that need to stay distinct in the pack.
Sold in whole packs. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
