Quinoa is a small, disc-shaped, cream-coloured seed prepared in the same way as a grain. It simmers quickly to a fluffy texture with a light bite, and a small curl separates from each seed as it cooks. The cooked grains stay loose when cooled and dressed, making quinoa a dependable base for salads, bowls, mixed grain blends and meat-free burgers.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
