Organic roasted buckwheat is whole buckwheat groats that have been roasted to a deep brown colour with a toasty, nutty flavour. The roasted groats cook quickly and tend to stay as separate kernels rather than turning soft, so they work as a side, a pilaf base or a porridge. They can also be used dry as a crunchy inclusion in granola and toppings.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
