Organic quinoa is a small, round, cream-coloured seed that is cooked like a grain. It simmers to a light, fluffy texture with a slight bite, and the grains stay separate when chilled and dressed. It absorbs stock and seasoning well, which is why it is widely used as a base for salads, grain bowls and mixed grain products.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
