Organic quinoa flakes are quinoa seeds rolled flat into small, thin, cream-coloured flakes. They cook in a few minutes and absorb liquid readily, so they are used for quick porridge, as a binder in burgers and bakes, and as an inclusion in muesli and cereal bars. Bakers also add them to doughs and toppings for texture.
