Organic pumpkin seed kernels, flat, oval and dark green. They toast quickly to a crisp, nutty finish, hold their colour well in bakes, and give a strong visual contrast on loaves, rolls and crackers. Widely used whole in granola, muesli, trail mixes and salad toppers, they can also be chopped or ground for bars, seed butters and pestos.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
