Organic whole golden linseed, the yellow-gold variety of flaxseed, with a smooth, flat seed and a mild flavour. Its pale colour blends into light doughs and cereal mixes where brown seed would stand out, and it is often chosen for appearance in seed blends and toppings. Soaked, it forms a gel that helps bind doughs and bar mixes.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
