Organic whole brown linseed, also sold as flaxseed: a flat, glossy, reddish-brown seed with a mild nutty flavour. Whole seeds hold their shape through baking, giving visible seed and crunch in breads, crackers and granola, and they release a binding gel when soaked. Bakeries use brown linseed in seeded loaves and soaker mixes, and as a topping.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
