Organic linseed ground to a meal, ready to use without milling on site. The ground form disperses evenly through doughs, batters, porridge blends and smoothie mixes, and absorbs water quickly to act as a binder, commonly used as an egg replacer in bakery recipes. It suits producers who want linseed incorporated into the product rather than visible as whole seed.
