Organic bulgur wheat is cracked wheat that has already been parboiled and dried, which keeps preparation short: a brief simmer or a steep in hot water is enough. The cooked grain is light brown, mildly wheaty and pleasantly chewy, and it carries dressings, herbs and stock without breaking down. It is a practical base for salads, fillings and pilaf-style sides.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
