Whole hazelnut kernels, blanched to remove the skin and then roasted, with the deeper flavour and crisp bite that roasting develops. Buying them roasted removes a roasting and cooling step from production, so they can go straight into chocolate work, praline, spreads and bakery. They chop and grind readily, releasing their oil quickly when milled into paste.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
