Organic psyllium husk milled to a fine powder. The powder hydrates faster than whole husk and disperses more evenly, giving a smoother dough and a finer crumb in bread, wraps and pizza bases made without wheat flour. It is a strong binder and thickener, so recipes generally need less of it by weight than they would of whole husk.
Sold in whole sacks. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
