Goji berries are small, oblong dried berries with a red-orange colour and a chewy texture, carrying a mild sweet-tart flavour. They add visible colour to dry blends and hold their shape when mixed with nuts, seeds and cereals. In liquids they rehydrate and soften quickly, so they are also used in teas, porridges and soaked breakfast products.
Sold in whole packs. Combine this with up to 4 other products to fill a pallet — the cart shows how full each pallet is.
